Well~ I have survived the last 2 weeks! HOORAY!
Here are a few things I like about my new job…
(For those of you who don’t know, I am working for Wasatch School District)
~ I love that I get go and come home from school with Tyler every day, and Brayden is just a playground away! I am sad that they aren’t in the same school anymore… I miss him!
~ I get to eat lunch with her everyday (if I want to)
~ I get to work with REALLY good (school) kids… I have 1st and 4th graders.
~ I love that I can still take my kids to ALL their after school activities…. Heck they don’t even know anything has changed… BIG BLESSING!
Things I am still trying to adjust to…
~ The way some people send their kids to school…. REALLY??? My heart breaks at the lack of care some kids get…. SHAME ON LAZY PARENTS!!!!!
~ Working 5 days a week…. Yes, I know it is only 5.5 hours a day… but still
~ How school lunch smells… no wonder Tyler takes a lunch every day! YUCK!
~ And not getting to go hang out with my CB&T friends every Friday….. I MISS them!
But all-n-all it has been a good two weeks!
Trav update- Most of you already know but here it is anyway…
He has decided to start his own company (yes, we know there are some of you who don’t think this is a good idea, and if it ends up not working at least he tried. Plus what is it to you anyway???) And he has been doing really well (I knew he would) I just hope it stays busy for him, so he doesn’t drive himself crazy! I know this is a slow time of year normally and just starting up it might be even slower than usual. But don’t worry I have MANY projects that he can do around the house during his down time. (I am hoping that my salon will be finished by the end of this year ; ) We are learning that starting your own company takes LOTS of faith, discipline, hard work and MONEY!!! We have 3 of the 4, so I guess we aren’t doing too badly!
Thanks for all of the prayers on our behalf this last month.
I thank my Heavenly Father every day for blessing us with such wonderful friends and family.

Yay, glad things are going well! Good luck with the new business, let me know if there's anything we can do to help.

Best of luck to you. If any two people can make it fly-- it's you.

Forget the nay-sayers.
There is a saying that goes:

"Don't be afraid to go out on a limb. That's where the fruit is."

No one has ever had success without first taking a risk.

Now go get that fruit!

Love you-
